I am a hands-on builder who likes understanding a system end to end — the silicon, the OS, the network, the request, the query, the rendered page. This site is both a portfolio and a working sandbox for PHP 8.2 + MySQL on shared hosting: prepared statements, flat-file markdown bodies, and an OKF knowledge bundle under /docs that documents itself.
The current setup spans three machines: an M1 MacBook Air as the daily dev box, a Windows laptop as a remote workhorse, and a custom-built PC awaiting a motherboard swap before it comes online as a local server.
